It is the resident's responsibility to obtain a building permit.

Sewage applications are required for all new testing and repairs to existing systems.

$35.00 or actual amount charged by bank, whichever is greater.

Building Permit

Structures NOT requiring UCC inspections

Acccessory detached structure (sheds, carports, greenhouse, etc.)

1.   101-500 sq ft-$75.00 per permit

2.  501 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft-$150.00 per permit

3.  Structures under 100 sq ft-$25.00 per permit

UCC Building Permit

A township administration fee of $250.00 added to the total inspection costs

for permits for any structure   1,000 sq ft or more requiring enforcement under 

the PA UCC PLUS a $250.00 fee that is reimbursable only upon completion.

(Final Inspection) or issuance of the Occupancy Permit by the PA UCC inspector.

Solar Energy/Panels

$100.00 per solar panel for all ground mounted + all engineering costs, Recorder of Deeds,
